(JAZZ ACROSS GENERATIONS) Wednesday, November 6 at 7:30 p.m. Salle Odyssée - Maison de la culture de Gatineau (855 de la Gappe Blvd, Gatineau) 28 $ You are invited to a special concert unlike any you have seen before: Le jazz d'une génération à l'autre (Jazz Across Generations) on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 8 p.m. at La Maison de la culture in Gatineau, as part of the Music and Jazz Series. This concert features more than thirty artists ranging from 5 to 75 years old! Children, pre-teens, teenagers, adults and seniors share songs with a style and enthusiasm that is sure to touch your heart. This original concept demonstrates how jazz can appeal to all ages with its beautiful melodies and exciting rhythmic language! This show will be in memory of former Ottawa Jazz Festival's Programming Director, Jacques Émond, who had accepted to be the Godfather for the event before passing away last January.
